We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable.
We require payment at the time of services. We may require a deposit on hospitalized patients.
You are encouraged to discuss charges before services are performed. We try to always offer all medical services that are indicated for your pet. The final medical plan for your pet will be a combination of our recommendations and your choice to allow us to do so. Our plans and recommendations may change based on patient response and diagnostic results. Daily updates of your bill on a hospitalized patients can easily be provided if requested.
We must assess your pet's health and medical needs prior to preparing a written estimate of charges for all but basic well pet services. Each patient is given individual attention based on variables including their overall health and history.
If you are comparing prices, you may wish to ask to each hospital some of the questions from the consumer guide. Many places will quote prices that do not include bloodwork, iv catheters, iv fluids, full pain management, etc but may make them optional at additional cost not included in their shopped price. We do not cut corner's on your pets' needs so quote for the service as we believe it should be completed. Please refer to the Consumer Guide to Elective Services for further details.
A price list of commonly shopped services is included on our Consumer Guide to Elective Services page, below the guide information.
For our current patients requiring elective services, we can prepare an estimate at your request. Due to individual variations we cannot prepare an estimate for a patient we have not examined or is not a current patient. |
